- I live in Kitchener, Ontario Canada, I'm very much into Fitness, I've been working out for the past 2 1/2 years, I'll do it 6 times a week. I'm going for my Personal Trainer Certification in June 12 -15.. so I'm really excited about that.
I work in the IT (Information Technology) Industry.. Technical Support.
I don't have children of my own but I have 2 step-teenegers.
- What experaince do you have practicing yoga if any?
- I've being doing Yoga for the past 2 years once a week, I have 4 tapes which I will rotate every week; and I have done Hot Yoga 3 times.... The practice I'm doing I think is Hatha Yoga... I totally love it
