I also find that experimenting at your local yoga studio is great too. You are auditioning teachers and classes to find the one that is right for you. Just because you take a class once, doesn't mean you are stuck in that class forever so that can keep the pressure off and let you relax more. Some teachers are just a better fit for you than others. It took me a while to find a couple of teachers that I love and a studio that I feel comfortable and relaxed in.
