Thank you so much for the invitation. I love inyengar yoga, (and the routines from namaste yoga on cable tv, related?), anyway... and am returning to a gentle practice to support a healing, healthy body, mind and spirit. I have missed the movement so much! I am getting well and looking forward to having this extra inspiration for a deeper connection to yoga as a complete spiritual practice. I am grateful and happy to be here! namaste
